Traci Rollins is a registered nurse with certification in meditation, stress management and as a Level 4 ESSENTRICS instructor. She uses this knowledge to guide individuals through strategic gentle movements that will increase flexibility and allow more space for joints and soft tissue to move.
Join her for a virtual session on Tuesday at 6:30pm and/or Wednesday at 7:00pm eastern standard time. The cost is by donation requesting a class donation of whatever feels appropriate for your budget. Take the first class for free and moving forward donate what and when you can. Movement is important to your health, so please JOIN and MOVE with me as we work towards aging painlessly:).

To the best of my knowledge I am in good physical and mental condition and am capable of participating in this Essentrics class. I am not aware of any physical or mental illness or injury that prevents me from participating in Essentrics.
I, the undersigned, understand that Essentrics is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. I know the importance of consulting a physician prior to beginning any physically active program, including Essentrics. I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify my instructor of any illness or injury before every Essentrics class. I will not perform any postures or participate in Essentrics classes to the extent of strain or pain.
I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the class.
This Waiver and Release of Liability form shall remain in effective until it is revoked in writing by the client.
Those under 18 years of age must have this form signed by a parent or guardian.
